Welcome to Liàng ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Liàng mobile application (the "App") and our website.

Our core belief is that your personal data belongs to you. That's why Liàng is designed from the ground up to be an offline-first experience, protecting your data by keeping it local to your device.

2. Information Collection and Use

Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address) when you use the App.

Quiz Progress and Statistics: All quiz progress, scores, accuracy statistics, and lists of words to review are saved locally on your mobile device. This data is not uploaded to our servers or shared with any third parties. If you delete the App, this local data will be permanently deleted.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a premium version ("Liàng Premium") available as a one-time In-App Purchase (IAP).

All transaction and billing details are processed securely and directly by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We do not have access to, collect, or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses. Apple provides us with anonymous purchase tokens to confirm subscription or unlock states.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking services that monitor your activity across other apps or websites. The App is 100% free of external tracking scripts.

5. Data Security

Because all your study data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data relies on your device's security settings. We recommend keeping your mobile operating system updated and securing your device with a passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services do not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. We comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards.
